5 things I want to know about working with me

  1. It’s all about you - I am on your team! If you’ve never booked a photographer before, I know how stressful the process can be. There seem to be limitless options and “styles" and sometimes it’s hard to articulate what your photography vision is. So I am here to help in any way that I can! I’ve photographed over 200 weddings and countless Portrait Sessions. I have over 13 years experience as a photographer and absolutely love helping my couples bring their dream photography vision to life! Let’s hop on a call to see if I can help you. I’ll always be honest, and if I am not the right fit for you, I will absolutely help you get connected to someone that can better serve you.

  2. It’s all about connection and trust. The more we connect, the more I get to tell your authentic story. I’m not just a “vendor” and you are more than just a “client”. The best photos come from genuine connection and trust. Let’s spend some time getting to know each other on a Zoom or Phone call before booking! After booking I will send out a few questionnaires so I can ask all the personal questions ;). One of my favorite parts of my job is that I almost always become very good friends with my clients. I can’t help but fall in love with you when I photograph you! It’s a sweet and vulnerable experience to have someone document your biggest milestone moments and I am here for all of the friends this sweet job brings me!

  3. Investment - If you’re shopping around to find the cheapest deal, I’ll be honest, I am probably not it ;). I refer to your photos/gallery as an Heirloom - Because that’s exactly what it is! After everything is said and done, photos & memories are all that you’re left with. I am passionate about working with couples that value and understand that this really is an investment. We are creating photographic heirlooms that will outlast your lifetime and tell your stories for generations to come. It is a worthy investment, I promise :).

  4. My “Style” - I wouldn’t describe myself as being “dark and moody” or “Light and airy”. I would say that I am somewhere in the happy middle! I edit my images to be properly exposed and have a film inspired aesthetic. I love looking for creative ways to capture the light/sun. I also thrive during “Golden Hour” light. Sunset photos are my jam!

  5. Limited Availability - I take a very limited number of weddings/elopements per year and only a few sessions per month. So please reach out as soon as you start thinking about needing a photographer :). I can’t wait to hear from you!
