Hi, I’m Cana (pronounced Kay Nuh), photographer, believer, creative, and proud single mamacita to three pretty amazing kiddos.
My life is a little bit of camera clicks, a lot of kid chaos, sandy toes, worship, and chasing after all the beauty in between. I’m a South Carolina girl through and through, and I’m happiest when my little family and I are outside, finding a new spot to explore, soaking up the sun, or ending the day somewhere near the water.
My faith is at the heart of everything I do. It’s taught me to slow down, pay attention, and find beauty in the ordinary. And honestly, that’s probably why I fell so hard in love with photography.
Because for me, this has never really been about taking pretty pictures. It’s about the story. The belly laughs. The quiet glances. The messy, beautiful chaos. The way your people look at each other when they think no one is watching. The little moments you don’t realize you’ll miss until they’re gone.
Being a mama has made me even more passionate about documenting those things. I know how quickly the seasons change, how fast the babies grow, and how the everyday moments become the ones you treasure most.
So that’s what I want to give my clients. Photographs that feel like you. Honest, joyful, full of connection, and completely alive.
At the end of the day, I’m just a girl who loves Jesus, loves her babies, loves a good adventure, and feels incredibly lucky that I get to make a living telling stories with a camera in my hand. 🤍
