Lexi & Dan {Tidewater Chapel Wedding}

Lexi and Dan got married at the beautiful Tidewater Chapel in Mt Pleasent, SC. I just fell in love with these two when I first met them for coffee. Lexi just greeted me with the biggest hug and Dan was so sweet and genuine. They met during their last semester at Virginia Tech in downtown Blacksburg, VA at a favorite restaurant and bar called Sharkey's. Dan would be moving to Hawaii shortly after graduation, and Lexi had already accepted her job in Virginia. However, even seemingly impossible circumstances could not put an end to their blossoming romance. Soon, they were spending every minute possible with one another. When it came time for our careers to start, it was clear that there was no choice but to brave the terrible distance and uncertainty of our futures in order to be together. And the rest is history! Their wedding was a joyous celebration that really represented them as a couple. Lexi made a lot of the little details herself and is quite the crafter! Everything was just gorgeous and special to them as a couple. It was a really special day to be a part of and I was definitely blessed to be a part of it. Congratulations Lexi and Dan!

Tracy & Steve {Sullivan's Island, SC Wedding}

This love story could be one right out of a romantic movie. Tracy and Steve met at Starbucks. Tracy was a barista and Steve admittedly hates coffee ( blasphemy! ;) ). He did have one good reason to keep coming back to order a white peppermint mocha, though...Steve kept coming back and eventually got Tracy's number and the rest is beautiful romance history! They got married in late July in front of close friends and family on Sullivan's Island. I honestly just felt like part of the family the whole day. It was so comfortable, laid back and just plain wonderful! Thank you Steve and Tracy for including me on your beautiful wedding day. Congratulations!!

Lauren & Kevin {The Carolina Girl Wedding}

Lauren & Kevin got married earlier this month on board The Carolina Girl. This was such an exciting wedding to be a part of. Lauren and Kevin are crazy about each other and their guests had so much fun. I overheard a few of them even say that this was "by far the most fun wedding they had ever attended". It was such a blast! Cruising around the Charleston harbor at sunset, who could ask for a more beautiful setting? Congratulations Lauren and Kevin!

Kate & Nate {Charleston, SC Wedding}

Kate and Nate are two of the most incredible and genuine people. They were such a joy to work with. They got married at Second Presbyterian Church in downtown Charleston with a reception at The South Carolina Aquarium. Kate is a professional ballerina, a graphic designer and a wonderful artist! She designed all of the details and programs for her wedding guests and is so talented! Im a big fan of their blue, blush & gold color palette. It was the perfect compliment to their Aquarium reception setting. I especially loved their idea of a Donut Table instead of a wedding cake. Kate isn't a big fan of cake so i think this was the perfect alternative. The grooms cake is awesome, though. Make sure to check that out! Congratulations Kate and Nate. It was such an honor to be a part of you wedding day!
